Our regular Study Group meets each Sunday of the month. We are a fairly small group at the moment, but we are consistently meeting. The Thoth Tarot Study Group meets the third (3rd) Sunday of each month. We are using the Thoth deck along with the book posted above (The Tarot Handbook: Practical Applications of Ancient Visual Symbols: Arrien, Angeles: 9780874778953: Amazon.com: Books)

We would love to have you join us as we move through the Thoth tarot deck, studying its interesting symbolism while also doing some quick comparisons with the Rider-Waite-Smith deck and the Mariseille deck. We are currently studying the Trump cards. It is not necessary to have a copy of the Thoth deck.
